VOC Waste Gas Treatment System
Clean Fuel Supply
Natural gas replaces coal or heavy oil, powering dryers and ovens at 120–200°C to ensure wallpapers, adhesives, and inks cure evenly and cleanly.
RTO Thermal Oxidation
Collected VOCs are oxidized at 760–850°C in Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers, breaking them down into harmless H₂O + CO₂.
VOC Collection
Adhesives in wallpapers, panels, and films are the main VOC and formaldehyde sources. Exhaust systems capture and direct them to treatment units.
Heat Recovery
